Students of the Month - April 2021

Both students are currently attending hybrid English classes with us in Bristol. Here's what their teachers had to say about them:
"Nasser is from the Sultanate of Oman. This is his second time studying with us. He is learning English with a view to studying for a Master’s Degree in the future, and also because it is very important when travelling.
Nasser lives in Bristol and says that he likes the Harbourside and the Suspension Bridge, and also the size and space for shopping that Bristol offers. He enjoys studying at International House as he likes the teachers and interacting with the other students.
The teachers have been impressed with Nasser’s enthusiasm. He is punctual and enthusiastic in lessons and always keen to take advice on his learning. He is fun to have in the class and sets a very good example for the other students."
"Marion is from Brussels in Belgium. She has a Master’s in International Law and is improving her English in order to work as a legal officer in an international organisation.
She likes Bristol because it is a multicultural, international city but also with a ‘small village’ feel, and it has many green areas.
Marion says International House is the best language school in Bristol, and all the courses are really interesting and give you a chance to learn authentic English.
The teachers say that Marion is very supportive of her fellow students and is a very hardworking and high-achieving learner."
