So, you want to learn English? Well, here at International House Bristol, we love teaching English. We enjoy meeting new students and helping them learn as much as possible. Each student is an individual for us and we make sure we meet their needs.
Our courses help you to improve your English. We look at your goals and make sure that we give you the language you need. You will use coursebooks, materials made by our teachers and real English texts written for native speakers of English.
You will study in a class with other students at the same level as you. From day one, we help you to speak English with those around you. The course will improve your English and you will make new friends with people from around the world.

You can join our English courses on any Monday of the year. Start you English learning journey when it works for you! Even if you are interested in a fixed length exam course, we can be flexible about when you start.

General English mornings
This course gives you 20 classes, all in the morning, covering all areas of English. It is perfect if you want time to study and time to enjoy.
Intensive English
Our Intensive English is a full course of 30 lessons per week for students who are keen to make as much progress as possible in their time with us.
Best of Bristol 45+
On the Best of Bristol 45+ course you live the local language and culture every day. We know that people of all ages want to learn English so we have courses to suit every age group.
Exam Preparation
