The CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) offered by Cambridge Assessment English(Opens in a new tab/window), is the most widely recognised, reputable and highly-regarded course for EFL teachers. Once you have completed one of our four-week intensive Cambridge CELTA courses, you'll be able to work as a TEFL teacher anywhere in the world.

Course aims
Our CELTA course will give you all the basic skills and the essential knowledge you need to find a good job as a TEFL teacher anywhere in the world. It consists of 120 hours of class time including 6 hours of supervised teaching practice (TP) and 6 hours of observation of qualified, experienced teachers.
