We use this expression ironically when we are not very happy about something.

We use this expression to say when we think that a prediction or an idea is probably not correct.

We use this expression to warn someone not to do something. Often it's not a very serious situation.

"Keep an eye on..."
This expression means that sombody is watching something or checking it at regular intervals.
