We use this expression to say that there is no logical connection between two things.

We use this expression to reply to a question asking how something is, to say there are no big problems.

We use this expression to talk about a sequence of things or activities.

We use this expression to say that something has been arranged or finished or a problem has been solved.

We use this expression when we want to offer help to somebody. It is short for 'Do you need a hand?'

We use this expression to introduce something different from what is normal.
