I wanted to improve my English skills and in the beginning I chose London. Having spoken with my native English teacher, she suggested I consider Bristol as a possible choice. She attended the university here and she had a beautiful experience, so I decided to go to Bristol. I read some reviews and chose International House Bristol.

I’ve really enjoyed these months spent here because the teachers are really well prepared, organised willing and helpful. Everyone is kind and I also had the opportunity to make new amazing friendships.

I studied in order to take the IELTS exam, so I required a good level in every task and a wide range of vocabulary. I realized immediately that I made the right choice coming to IH Bristol because there was a perfect balance towards writing, speaking, reading and listening. Each teacher has their own way of teaching and it was really easy to adapt to their style. Everything was explained in a clear way, more than once if necessary.

Bristol is a vibrant city. Never before have I seen such a beautiful environment. This city is full of events, music, different cultures and habits. I will suggest Bristol to everyone who wants to recover from the frenetic big city life or to escape the boring countryside! The social programme is well thought out and organized; I Saw beautiful places and took innumerable photos. There trips also helped me to strengthen my friendships.
