Completion of the PRELIM teacher training project

Teacher Training

Previous readers of our blog will know IH Bristol was very proud to be part of the recent PRELIM project, organised by English UK, the British Council and Iatefl in which we helped deliver a training project to teacher trainers around the world.

Last week English UK celebrated the completion of the project with a closing ceremony featuring participants' videos - you can see them on English UK's website here

"It was really exciting to work with APC-ELI, our Cuban teaching association partner, in order to meet some considerable technical challenges and engage with 48 Cuban primary and secondary teachers and trainee teachers on the course. As well as the satisfaction of successfully helping our course participants gain confidence in their language skills, IH Bristol teachers had some wonderful interactions and insights into the lives and work of colleagues in Cuba, which we'll remember for years to come."

- Joe O'Hagan, IH Bristol Teacher Trainer
