We are looking to recruit Exam staff to support our examining operations.
The role requires you to provide a professional examination service ensuring a calm environment to give candidates the best possible opportunity to be successful in their exams.
Invigilators supervise and manage test rooms during written exam components. CEFR Level B2
Interlocutors are responsible for interviewing candidates on a one-to-one basis during their Speaking assessment and must have minimum of A-level qualifications. CEFR level C2
Examiners (IELTS or Cambridge) are responsible for interviewing candidates on a one-to-one basis during their Speaking assessment. Must be already trained, We accommodate all experience levels.
You will be required to support strict processes and be able to follow the required guidelines/regulations upholding the integrity and security of examination.
Applicants should have good communication and organization skills, and a proven ability to be punctual and reliable.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adhere to strict security procedures
Good customer care
Ability to cope with changes/difficult situations
Diligent in upholding the integrity of the exam
You will be provided with full training.
The rate of pay £12.71 per hour for Invigilators.
The rate of pay £10.42 per speaking interview for Interlocutors (typically two interviews per hour and 7-9 interviews per session).
The rate of pay £15 per speaking interview for IELTS examiners (typically 7-10 interviews per session).
The rate of pay £26.90 per hour for Cambridge examiners (Number of candidates; Variable).
