Online Strength & Conditioning Workout

A fun and relaxed exercise session suitable for all levels of fitness!

Emma will take you through some strength and conditioning exercises, covering all the main muscle groups, which are all easy to do from home.

No equipment is required but if you would like to 'super charge' your workout bring along some small dumbbells, tins of beans or bottles of water to use as weights!
