"To get a lot out of it"
We use this expression to say that someone will benefit from a certain experience.

"Nine times out of ten"
We use this expression to say that something is extremely probable.

"I have my doubts"
We use this expression to say that we are a bit suspicious about something, or not sure that something is true.

"But then again"
We use this expression to introduce an argument or point that contradicts what has been said before.

"Stick to..."
We say this phrase to say or suggest that somebody continues to do something and doesn't change.

"Stuff like that"
We use this expression after we have given an example or two of something to indicate we could give more examples.
