My name is Maurizio and I come from Salerno, a beautiful and sunny city on the southern Italy coast. I have always been interested in foreign languages and I have a great passion for travelling and discovering new cultures. I graduated at the University of Salerno and I have a MA in technical translation from the University of Trieste. I have also spent two years in Spain, where I studied and collaborated with a local private school. I moved to Bristol in June 2015 and I find the city very lively and enjoyable.
I enjoy teaching my native language to students of all levels and I believe it is also a great opportunity to get them closer to the Italian culture and lifestyle.
My lessons are mainly based on the development of four abilities: listening, speaking, writing and reading. I like making my classes very interactive by using board games, quizzes and role-plays as regular activities!
