Márie Hill

Hi, my name is Márie. I’ve been a teacher and teacher trainer at International House Bristol since November 2021, but I’ve been teaching for many years in Gloucestershire and, before that, in Mexico.

In the classroom, I enjoy challenging my students and building their language knowledge and skills based on their needs. I like to give plenty of opportunities for communicative activities to increase students’ fluency and the best response from a student is that the time has gone too quickly!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, learning new skills, and going for long walks with friends. I love exploring new places and I’m enjoying getting to know Bristol better.
