Enza Grauso

Enza Grauso
Teacher of Italian

My name is Enza and I am an enthusiastic Teacher of Italian at IH Bristol. I come from Naples, the city of the sun, pizza and mandolin.

I got a Master’s Degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Translation at the University of Naples, then I studied Italian Teaching for  Foreigners at the University of Venice.
I am truly passionate about foreign languages: I studied French, Spanish, Arabic and Syrian for many years, so I know very well how learners could feel in class.
I have been working as an Italian teacher for foreigners since 2015 in Italy and England. Communicative Learning is at the centre of my teaching methodology.
My lessons are taught, as far as possible, in Italian and students are encouraged to use the target language as the language of communication in the classroom.

I think that life is all about making connections and learning a new language will broaden your horizons and enrich your life. So bringing inspiration to learners is my mission!

In my free time, I love cooking pasta, writing poems, travelling and learning new languages by drinking some good coffee.

A presto!
