I’m Anna and I come from beautiful, but sometimes very cold, Poland.
I’ve got a master’s degree in Russian Language from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
I moved to Bristol in 2018 and started working in the education sector.
I love passing on knowledge and seeing how my students grow in confidence and passion. My favourite bit of teaching the languages is the cultural aspect of the countries. I’m very passionate about Russian and polish music, art, literature and history. My classes are filled with sounds of ethnic music. I do my best to introduce my students to the best masterpieces of literature and art. I believe that grammar and punctuation are important but love and passion for the language starts when you can discuss and discover the spiritual and historical aspects.
In my free time I like to wear walking boots and go on a long nature walk. Once in a while I like to challenge myself and have a longer run. I also enjoy live music and I am usually first in line for the jazz concert. I am a chocolate lover and mindfulness practitioner. I’m looking forward to seeing you in the classroom !
