To support your statement, you must send us copies of medical certificates that prove you have a disability. The certificate must not date back to more then 2 years. If the certificate was issued more then 2 years ago you must attach a letter from your teacher which explains how your disability affects you in the classroom. You need to fax or mail the documents to us at International House Bristol and clearly write your name on them.
If you do not send both the medical certificates and the teacher's letter we will not make any special arrangements for you and we will not give you any extra time in the exam.
