Marina Ossovskaya, Office Administrator and Exams Officer

Hi, my name is Marina and I am from the beautiful city of St Petersburg in Russia.

I now live and work in the UK after meeting my English husband in Russia… so I have migrated west!

Whilst Russian is my first language, I really enjoy the written English word and thoroughly love a good detective novel, my favourite novelist being Patricia Cornwell. I am also a devotee of all the detective series on TV such as Midsomer Murders and Poirot. I can also be occasionally seen running a 10K race for charity every now and again.

My job entails mixing with many nationalities and coordinating English exams for the students here at International House – a great opportunity to meet more interesting people! I hope you enjoy your studies at International House!
